First of all i did not know that OPI had came out with different shatter colors! (EXCITED) I have the black one and love it! Went to JcPenny salon and saw the new collection and they were BOGO (buy one get one half off)! How could a girl pass up OPI half off? Not this girl, so i got the white shatter and strangers tides from the pirates of the carribean collection (shown in pic below). As i was browsing through the mall i walked into Rue21! I have never looked at there makeup before, but i picked up a box and looked inside and it looked EXACTLY like the Too Faced Shadow that is $35. I paid $6.99 for the Rue21 version that has the same exact colors as the Too Faced brand, just different names.
